We're first-generation farmers in Mercedes, Texas, raising chickens on regeneratively managed rotational pastures. Our birds are organically fed — corn-free and soy-free — for eggs that are naturally low in PUFAs and rich in Omega-3, fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, B12), selenium, and antioxidants. Eggs are gathered fresh twice daily and delivered to you unwashed and ungraded — just the way nature intended.
